When an appointment is confirmed, the booker receives a confirmation email with the appointment time, location, calendar invitation and Manage your booking link. You receive a notification with the booking details. Booking emails come from booking@mail.bookto.eu.
Open an event type's Emails tab to customize the message in its confirmation and reminder emails. The custom message replaces the opening text only; the appointment details, location, invitation and manage link stay in the email.
Set reminders
An event type can have up to three reminders. Each reminder can be set in hours, days or weeks before the appointment. A new event type starts with one reminder 24 hours before; remove all reminders if you do not want reminder emails.
Reminders are sent to the booker and include the appointment time and manage link. For paid appointments, the booking confirmation is separate from the checkout receipt. See Email addresses used by bookto.
