For a paid appointment, the buyer receives two separate messages: the booking confirmation from booking@mail.bookto.eu and the checkout payment receipt from noreply@mail.bookto.eu.
Replies to messages about an order or appointment are directed to the seller where possible. If you cannot find a message, check spam and search for the address shown above before contacting support.
