Where integrations live
Open Integrations in the bookto app. The API key and webhook settings are account-level, so the same connection can serve more than one bookto tool. Access to Zapier and webhooks requires the Flow plan.
Connect Zapier
- Generate an API key on the Integrations page and copy it somewhere safe. You will only see the key when it is created.
- In Zapier, connect the bookto app and paste the API key when prompted.
- Choose the event you want to trigger your Zap, then test it before turning the Zap on.
Available events depend on which tools are enabled for your account. Checkout sends order events; booking can send booking-created, booking-cancelled and booking-rescheduled events.
Send events to a webhook URL
Add a URL that can receive HTTPS POST requests on the Integrations page. bookto signs webhook deliveries so your endpoint can verify they came from bookto. Keep your signing secret private and rotate it if it is exposed.
