Cancel without deleting

If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription from Billing. You keep your account and data until you delete the account yourself. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Permanently delete your account

1. Open Account in the bookto app.
2. Scroll to Danger zone and select Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Account deletion permanently removes your bookto account and data from its tools, including checkout products and orders and booking appointments. Any active subscription is cancelled. You receive a confirmation email.

Deletion cannot be undone. Export or save anything you still need before confirming. If you only want to pause, cancel the subscription instead.
