Manage product status

Each product has a status that controls whether the payment link works.

  • Active — the checkout link is live and accepting payments. New products are active by default.
  • Deactivated — the checkout link still exists but shows a "this product is no longer available" message. Useful for seasonal products, sold-out workshops, or pausing sales temporarily.
  • Deleted — the product is removed from your dashboard and the checkout link returns a 404. Deleting is permanent — past orders are kept for your records, but you can't restore the product itself.

Deactivating a product does not free up a product slot — only deleting does. See Create a product for product limits per plan.

To change status, use the actions next to each product in your Products list: Deactivate when you might bring the product back, and Delete only when you're sure you'll never sell it again.
