Edit an event type to add questions the booker answers while scheduling. The answers are attached to the appointment so you can review them from Appointments.
You can also let bookers upload preparation documents. Set the maximum number of files and add instructions in the event type's Questions tab. Supported files are PDF, Word and Pages documents, up to 10 MB each.
On a paid event type, bookers can add documents during booking. They can also add or change documents later through the link in their confirmation email, until the appointment starts. Download submitted files from the appointment in your dashboard.
