Open Event types in the booking dashboard to edit an appointment's description, duration, location, availability and booking rules.
Event types can be drafts, live or archived:
- A draft is not available for public booking.
- A live type accepts new bookings when it has open availability and a working calendar connection.
- Archiving stops new bookings but does not remove appointments already made. Existing manage links continue to work.
Restoring an archived type returns it as a draft. Review its availability and settings before making it live again. See Create an event type for the available settings.
