When you create or edit an event type, choose one location: an address, a fixed video-call link or Google Meet. The full address or call link is not shown on the public booking page before someone books; it is included in the appointment details and confirmation.
Google Meet
Google Meet creates a separate meeting link for each appointment. Connect Google Calendar and allow bookto to create its own calendar events. If the Meet link is not ready when the confirmation is sent, bookto sends a follow-up email when it becomes available.
If you use a fixed video link, check that it is a safe link you are happy to share with every booker of that event type. For a private meeting link, use Google Meet instead.
