Running your shop

Your dashboard: the sales overview

The first thing you see when you log in: a clear overview of how your shop is doing.

When you log in, the Dashboard opens on your Sales overview — a snapshot of how your shop is doing.

Year and comparison

At the top, pick the Year you want to see. Use Compare with to put a second period next to it, or leave it on None for a single year.

The headline numbers

Three cards summarise the selected year:

  • Total revenue — the total you've earned across all paid orders.
  • Orders — how many paid orders you received.
  • Avg order value — total revenue divided by the number of orders.

Revenue by month

A bar chart shows your revenue for each month of the year, so you can spot your busy and quiet periods at a glance.

Sales by product

A table lists each product with its units sold and revenue, so you can see which products bring in the most.

Only real, paid orders count toward these numbers — test orders are kept separate and never inflate your revenue. See Reading your orders.
